1. Job Search Coaching

Our methodology for job search coaching is tailored to meet your needs and objectives. Our typical approach consists of a series of steps as set forth below:

• Establishing an understanding of your capabilities, talent and interests
• Assessing your current role and organization
• Identifying two or three titles and types of companies that are strong potentials for employment
• Developing a strategic plan: targets, networking, interviews, compensation package options, negotiations, and 90 day plans
• Working with the latest internet tools, such as www.LinkedIn.com, and top job search resources
• Executing and refining the strategy

Job Search Services start at a minimum of 5 hours for a 30 day time period. Rates are $200/hour. Payment is required in advance.

2. Leadership and Management Coaching

We are inspired by people and their business goals. Coaching for improved management and leadership are high priorities for Achieve-it. Beyond assisting individuals in their job searches, we coach and guide clients through business challenges. Most people we’ve worked with want one or more of the following from their coach:
